When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check the product’s box for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing items, or the tape on the box has been tampered with for any reason, please return the box to the delivery person and request that an incident report be filed—without signing any delivery documents. If you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be shipped to you immediately. We are not liable for any damage to or missing items inside the package if you accept a product with a damaged box or one claimed to be missing contents.
